SLOW FLOW YOGA FOR ALL LEVELS (with VI D.)

Beginners or returning students. Mindfulness and safety are priority. At your own pace you will learn the different asanas or postures, such as sun salutations, downward dog, and the warriors series. This class teaches you a strong foundation, modifications and variations so that you can build strength and confidence. In most classes the teacher will change the routine and keep it safe but challenging and fun.
