FLOW, CORE, STRENGTH & MINDFULNESS FOR ALL LEVELS (with Vi D.)

Flow style. Open levels. Mindfulness and safety are priority. This energizing practice will move dynamically with creative transitions, unique flows and modifications. A challenging practice but modifiable. This class includes the fusion of core strengthening and arm sculpting. At your own pace you will learn the different asanas or postures, such as sun salutations, downward facing dog, back bends and the warriors series. In most flow classes the teacher will change the routine and add new poses.
