RESTORATIVE YOGA FOR ALL LEVELS (with LIZ O.)
All levels, no experience need it. During a Restorative Yoga class, the body is fully supported with props to facilitate deep breathing, relaxation and release. It is soothing, healing, and truly rejuvenating. Restorative yoga stimulates the body’s nervous system response to reduce stress, anxiety or other stress related conditions. Mental and emotional benefits include feeling calm, well-rested, clear-headed and emotionally center.
